Yesterday, I went to a shoes store to buy my hubby a pair of new shoes. I brought my 5 year old daughter along and imagine her voice all over the store. Running here and there. Touching anything she can and you can hear me saying no this and no that. Oh! Then suddenly I said to myself. Well, why not let her be a child and I do my adult stuff.
While looking for the perfect pair, I noticed a white boy trying on a pair of red basketball shoes. I asked him, where he's from. He said Holland. I asked again whether he's with his parents and he said yes. Then I found out that he was only 15. His face does look his age but his body is like an adult in my place.Well that was good enough for me. I like tourists. But I don't want to scare them by asking too much. I actually would want to know how different it is out there compared to my mother land. Maybe next time when I meet an elderly white tourist.
My life is full of super ups and downs, I'm sure you all too but we survive with it being really humble and thankful there are still those people who cares and lead us when we tend to loose grip.

New Born Baby - just an advice to new parents
Well, congratulations! You're now a father or a mother to a tiny human being. Love your baby like you love yourself. See if it's hungry, not so difficult to know. It will lick it's lip or actually just cry out loud. You must remember your baby can't talk yet so, it's the most appropriate way for it to communicate with mummy and daddy.
Most important thing to bear in mind, new parents out there, please. Your baby can't say mummy, I'm chilling cold in the middle of the night but both of you are so fast asleep, you didn't hear me giving small cries out of coldness. So please, give your baby proper wear at night. Always wear them pyjamas, so that, it's not hot in the warm weather and when night comes, it also protect them from cold.
Make sure that your baby get enough milk as suggested. If you're feeding them with bottles always remember to tap slowly at the back of your baby to avoid milk suffocation. If you're not sure how, ask help from your doctor, nurse or the elderly. Ask what you don't know.
How about travelling? Always make sure that your baby is protected from the hot sun. Give your baby the comfort it needs and if you're turning on the air conditioning, make sure your baby wear socks.
But what I want to express most is baby comfort at night. Please protect your baby from cold.

Fruit season and fasting month
M.....m....m........so delicious, soft and tasty. Fruit season is around the corner again and I am so excited over it.
Durians, mangos, langsat, dokong, rambutans, mata kucing, cempedak and many more. Sorry, all in the local language. Durian is the king of all the fruits here. Most people from oversea can't stand the smell or taste of it but to us locals it taste so majestic and delicious. If you're not from Malaysia you should come here. Challenge yourself to have a taste of it. Oh........

Butterfly
Just now I went to the night market at around 9.00pm. Not a usual thing to see lots of butterflies flying around in the market. Looks tame and it didn't make a slight move even if your finger is near to touch it. Lots of them on the ground and everywhere flying freely.
I used to visit the butterfly farm in the National Zoo, Tasik Perdana Butterfly farm and Cameron Highlands but they are all in a net. But this is something different. I did try to take photoshots from my mobile phone but not that obvious ( dark ), so I took two photos of them ' parking ' on a van.

Proton Exora - Malaysian Car
Have you viewed anything about this car yet? It is Malaysian made. It's engine is 1.6 Campro CPS. This car is an affordable MPV for the medium waged and those whose family is of more than 5 members.
The white and black ones are really elegant and do look luxurious inspite of the lower price than other MPV within it's range. There are 7 available seats with individual airconditioning. The full spectrum comes with DVD and screen. The rest you should view the official website of Proton cars at http://www.proton.com/. I am afraid that I might give you the wrong idea. In my opinion Proton cars are excellent cars. Please do not compare it with luxurious cars. Put comfort and affordable when you think of Proton cars.I have owned a Proton Wira before which I love so much and then I switch to Proton Waja. Not because it's faulty but Proton Waja is a car for the more matured.
Proton Waja is just right for my family right now, 5 years already. The price range is affordable for me which is most important. I am looking forward to own a more matured car, of course the Proton Exora but need to save a bit more. Maybe in a 1 or 3 years time. I have fallen in love with it. To those who can afford it now, I'm strongly suggesting this car if you want an affordable MPV for the joy of travelling with your whole family member.
As for the singles watch out for Persona Elegance and the new Gen 2. Sporty look inside and out with affordable price too. The back of the car is raised. I guess that the driving feel should be sporty too. But, for me, I prefer Proton Exora. Be patient. These 2 cars are best is you're working outstation and need to travel back home every weekend to see your beloved family, especially if you need to travel at night. It's also stylish enough for lady singles.

Sleeping gowns and pyjamas
Do you wear sleeping gown or pyjamas when sleeping? I think wearing this particular uniform for sleeping is a very good disciplinary act for kids and adults alike. It's really comfortable and a sign that you are assigning yourself off from daylight activities.
No wander nowadays people seemed to be mistaking the day and night. Look at our teenagers and adults. They dressed up at night and wander around looking for fun in the night rather than sleep and rest to be prepared for another tough day tomorrow. If they were taught at childhood to dress properly when the sun goes down, they'll actually prefer to sit down with their family at the living room or just rest themselves in their dream room. That way, they will cope better with the stress in school or at work.
There's nothing wrong if you seek for fun in the weekends but how if it's throughout the week. It must be very tiring and also might disturb neighbours when going home late in the morning. Of course, I'll look through the window if a car pass by at 3.00 in the morning. It could be burglars.
I think fashion icons and designers should look into this. Design more interesting looking sleeping gowns and pyjamas. That way we can save lots of money on medical bills too.

Scared of today's teenagers
It's true. Today's teenagers are really different. Today when I drive home from work, just along my own home, a few big boys playing football wouldn't give way. It took me a few minutes to wait for them to decide to let me go with that kind of look.
Last week, I stopped because a few boys actually intentionally move slowly in front of me on their motorbikes. Not only that, they actually showed me some stunt and a few ugly grins in their face. I was so angry but there's nothing I can do. These boys might came from rich and educated family. They were proud to have motorbikes even though being underaged.
If you were to complain, their parents might actually scold you back. They never thought of the danger their sons brought to other people. Why not? These are the sons they could rely on when they need ketchup or chillis in their cooking. Hey, boy. Here, take this money and the motorbike, buy me a bottle of ketchup.

Thai Food
Have you been to Malaysia? If you have, you must have tasted Thai food. Everywhere in Malaysia, it's very easy to get Thai food. I enjoy Thai food myself because it does taste good and takes a short time to prepare. Even the cook are specially brought from Thailand. You don't have to go to expensive restaurant to savour it here.
About cleanliness, my country's district councils is very particular about it. If you get stomach ache after the food, please consider the hot chilly they used in their recipe. If you're not keen to have hot food, then, ask for suggestions because most of the food I enjoy very much are hot. Hot food is energizing. Ha...ha...

Thomas Cup
I am from Malaysia and of course, I am frustrated that we lost the game to China. And what crossed my mind is it was the fight between 2 chinese men from 2 different countries.
I wouldn't blame Lee Chong Wei for the lost. Nobody is to be blamed. During our chilhood we were taught of accepting lost as part of any game, so no matter how big a tournament is, we must not forget the concept. But when it comes to national importance, can't we just accept it as fate. I don't think any player wish to loose a game. It would be a shame but when you lost, you must accept that your opponent is much too strong.
When we talk about strength and will power, it is very complicated. Many things contribute to all these. Motivation alone is not enough and don't forget fate and destiny also play their role in our everyday life.
To our players, I wish to thank you for being brave to accept the participation. You are all appreciated.

Bidayuh
This beautiful

girl is wearing the Bidayuh costume. Bidayuh is one of the many ethnics found only in Kuching, Sarawak ( Malaysia ). Sarawak is a very unique land because it is full of culture varieties. If you come to Kuching, you don't have to worry about how to get to know the ethnics, because there's a Culture Village awaiting you, the mark of you completing your visit.
Also, before you get back, buy some of the colourful pen holder made with beads, a rattan basket or bag and many more. Make sure you have taste the Sarawak Laksa ( thin noodle in thick coconut milk with very nice and unique taste ) and midin belacan ( a kind of fernleaf fried with shrimp paste ).
If you want an economic flight, browse the Air Asia website and please make your booking around 6 months before your holiday for the cheapest deal. Sometimes the fare is really cheap, you can't believe it! Please, this is only my personal suggestion, through my own experience. H1N1 is around the corner again so be alert of it before you go for a holiday wherever around the globe.

Warm weather
Phew! The weather is really warm nowadays. It had been raining 2 or 3 days ago but late at night. I can feel the heat early in the morning and in the afternoon it is really unbearable. I sweat heavily and it's kinda pouring from a jug through my eyelids. When it went through my eyelids, my eyes get that tingling salty sensation.
At night I tend to make use of both the stand fan and aircond. I know it sounds like a waste of energy to you but it really is so warm. I planned to clear my porch today because it's full of unnecessary things like paints, boxes and et cetra but it's really hot out there. I get itchy skin after the sweating and really easy to get urinary tract infection. I don't want that. Maybe tonight. They say it's not nice, sweeping at night but I'll do it quietly anyway. Hu...Hu.....

Cock
We have a cock during our childhood. My mother had a few chickens including the ' cock '. My brother said it was his. His connection with the animal was so closed. I couldn't imagine how much he love the cock.
At night, he would tie a string to his toe and the other end of course the cock's feet. Can you imagine it? He said he's afraid that a snake might crawl in and eat his cock. So every time the cock make a move, he would wake up and take a look outside with a torch through the windows. It was so funny to my eyes but not him. He really want to make sure that his cock is in safe condition.

Oily face
I am not an expert but I can give some some advice through my own experience.
Are you having an oily face? Having problems when going out in the sun? My advice to you, is buy yourself a face lotion with sunblock. You should use a lotion as it is water based and wouldn't give you the shiny effect in the sun. You wouldn't want your face showering with sweat all over.
If you are using face cream, please throw it away. As it is oil based, it will make your face even oily. You may buy yourself a lotion of the same brand. To me, what's most important in choosing the product is it's compatibility with my skin. How to know this? You can experience itchy and redness on the skin or burnt like skin.
Always choose products that are near to your face skin tone so it will look more natural. Light weighted lotion gives extra comfort. To help you achieve a perfect complexion, buy yourself face mask which can be used once a week. You can choose the ready made once or the cheaper once which you need to prepare with water or rose water yourself. Avoid the sun after every treatment with mask. Wash your face clean every night. You have the option of using moisturises at night. Please remember that, dry skin aged faster than well hydrated skin.
My final advice to you is : If you can, please avoid your face from being directly exposed to the sunlight. If your face is well looked after, you might not get acnes easily. Just to share with you.

Simple Life
My life is quite plain. I go to work. Send my child to school. In the evening I go back and fetch my child. All the same the one whole week. After the holidays, my hubby said we need to slow down on spending and start to keep money again. Sometimes we tend to overspent during holidays. But it's okay. We can just spend these few months at home watching television and relax. But most of the time, we watch cartoon. Although we don't earn that much but for our simple life there's nothing more I could ask for my family except good health and happiness ever after. I sometimes wonder if I can ever go oversea like to London or New York. Just a dream but, it's okay if I can't. Just a dream. I can always watch these two countries in the television.

Words I like
- I like you.
- You have the nicest way of brightening up a day.
- A friend is someone who make you happy and also make you angry.
- May success and happiness crown your future.
- Life was meant to be lived and curiosity must be kept alive. One must never, whatever reason turn his back on life.
- The story of a dove is not important. What is important is that, one is capable of LOVE.
- No one can really pull you up very high, you lose your grip on the rope. But - on your own two feet, you can climb mountains.
- Happy go naughty.
- You enjoy with what you have now, you can always be happy.
- Try before you cry, but don't try after you cries.
- Those who wish to sing, always find a song.
All these are from my friends who wrote in my autograph in my school days. Such a memory. That was more than 10 years ago.
Milk and Lactose intolerance
I love milk. I swear I do, but I just can't tolerate the toilet rush afterwards. I did buy myself milk with low lactose ( not sure low or without ) but I still get the diarrhoea. At some moments it became so tiring and and I am always in a rush.
My teeeth are not feeling comfortable and my own diagnosis is that I need to consume milk for calcium. Yes, my teeth sometimes felt like they are going to depart from my mouth all together and I just can't imagine myself toothless. You are right, I am not a doctor to make my own diagnosis. Do obeses experience osteoporosis since they look like a well 'nutri' ous people, otherwise they wouldn't gain so much weight.
Anybody out there, if you have any suggestion, please drop it down, okay. It might help me and even others.

Fun Fair
Hey? There's a fun fair in town. I went with my kid yesterday. I really adore her driving the bumper car. She's good and sharp. She's only four years old. I am really proud of her. It's not that I am teaching her to be so playful but I believe that every children or toddler have the right to become kids.
I love to see her laugh her heart out. I watched her on the rides and finally we make sand arts. Oh! I really thought she had had enough for the day.
It took her like storm when her father said, " Okay, baby, time's up. " Oh, she pulled a long face and said it's not time yet. Our way back was filled with her cry and shouts. But, when we reached home, she was different. Maybe it was just the way my hubby took her by surprise.
By the way, the fun fair is the mobile type with not more than 10 rides, bumper car, ferris wheel, ghost house and games. No entrance fee and I token is only RM2.00 1 token per ride.

National Zoo ( Zoo Negara ) Malaysia
Last week, I had a visit to the zoo with my family. I paid the visit in the afternoon. We arrived around 2.00pm because the shows are at 3.00pm.
Unfortunately, the weather doesn't agree with us. As we entered the main entrance the sky changes colour to dark. It's going to be a heavy rain, I thought. We decided to take the slow train, with it's new look. Comfortable than my last visit. The transport looks new.
The driver informed us that the transport is not under the zoo management but by other company ( something to do with the NGOs - something like that ). A few minutes later, it rained, so we finished our journey in the zoo on the train. Maybe next time. However, I have few photos taken during my last visit to the zoo, last year. I like visiting the zoo. It relaxes my mind from the routine life.
